Opus is a dynamic young recruitment consultancy which recruits architectural and interior design staff for some of the world's most high profile design companies. With offices in South West London and New York we recruit on a global basis within our exciting niche market.

Initial opportunities exist within the London office for either trainees or for experienced Recruiters. Applications are sought from Degree educated individuals who seek a career in a fast moving industry. Previous recruitment or sales experience would be advantageous but not essential. The successful applicants will show evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong competitive streak to hit and exceed sales targets. We are seeking money-motivated people who will help grow the business and be rewarded accordingly.

Opus can offer excellent training in the form of one-to-one training from a Director coupled with on-going mentoring from a Senior Consultant. We also provide external CPD courses to enhance your core sales skills. There is genuine career progression available with future management opportunities in the London office, or alternatively there may be potential to work in our New York office.
