Project Architect, London.
This Clerkenwell based design practice is looking to recruit a creative Project Architect to join its mixed-use/residential team.
The role is initially weighted towards delivering front-end submissions for a number of major developments in the South East and will involve taking successful bids through to planning and possibly beyond.
Although this is a design-weighted role, a firm grasp of delivering quality buildings on schedule is also a requirement. You will also have a track record of building client rapport and motivating team members to produce exciting and innovative designs. The emphasis is on aptitude over years pp3 so don't think you are under-qualified if you believe you have the ability!
This mid-size firm is known for its modern approach to design, incorporating environmental and sustainable practices to consistently deliver exceptional and innovative buildings.
