Job Description
Our client, a leading UK property adviser with a strong record of service delivery, has a number of requirements for their Commercial Valuation Team. The successful applicants will hold pivotal positions in the team and will be well situated to enjoy the continued growth and success of this department. The roles will encompass all property classes especially specialist sectors for a large number of valuation purposes including Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation and Investment & Development Appraisals.
This represents an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to break from routine loan security / portfolio valuation work and embark upon a varied and challenging role. Qualified candidates - RICS, API or PINZ are encouraged to apply. One year fixed-term contracts as well as permanent contracts will be considered.
