Our client is a large healthcare organisation providing solutions for hospitals, employers, and healthcare providers to improve patient's health.

This well established organisation is setting up a service in the Naas area to assist patients with long term chronic illnesses.

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, they are seeking a Leader Care Manager.

Requirements for this position include:
• Full An Bord Altranais registration
• At least 5 years post registration nursing experience
• Experience of managing and training a team
• Basic knowledge of chronic diseases
• Basic IT skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities include:
• Recruiting, training, developing, and supporting a team of 10
• Managing a small caseload of patients
• Customer care
• Adhere to company's policies and procedures
