Job Description
Our Client currently requires an experienced Prostate Cancer Information Nurse to provide high quality information and support to those worried or affected by prostate cancer and those caring for them.
The suitable candidate should:
• Be a fully Registered General Nurse with An Bord Altranais
• Have experience in Prostate Cancer
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Oncological Nursing or Urology Nursing
• Be computer literate
If successful, your key responsibilities will include:
• Responding to queries over the phone, through email, and in person in a supportive and timely manner
• Maintaining a knowledge base on developments in prostate cancer care and services for prostate cancer patients
• Contributing to literature and publications which are aimed at people concerned or diagnosed with prostate cancer
• Data input
