Job Description
You will be required to take responsibility for the leadership and performance of the Maintenance Service for the Housing group, the development of its role and its day-to-day operations across the Group. Developing housing maintenance services and associated strategies in response to the needs of disadvantaged individuals and communities and the changing environment.
You will have experience of managing a responsive repairs service to a large number of units, as well as a background of managing a large, multi-disciplined team.
