Job Description
A Bedfordshire based council is looking for an Estates Surveyor/Valuer for an initial 3 month contract.
Your overall role will be to provide professional advice and property management services and implement policy in a property context.
Main duties include inspecting and valuing properties for 'right to buy' and other schemes, lease renewals and rent reviews, tenant communications and rent queries. You will be expected to undertake valuations and deal with the acquisition and disposal of various properties.
The successful candidate will have previous valuation experience in residential or commercial surveying including acquisitions/disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews. You will also hold a relevant qualification.
