Job Description
Our client is looking for a Development Control Planner with good Development Control experience to work within their busy development control team dealing with medium sized applications. You will be working within a borough that has a good mix of rural and urban planning. Additional duties will include site visits, appraisals of proposals, preparing written reports, statements for written representation appeals and offering planning advice to members of the public. This role requires a car for site visits.
