Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen as a Divisional Manager to manage a developing maintenance division of a leading SE based contractor in a new venture into the Midlands. The role includes the management and development of new contracts both off the back of existing work from the SE divisions and new business for the region. The existing business has a strong potential and the needs effective Divisional Manager to take it to the next level.
The Divisional Manager will be tasked with growing the existing business value from £2m - £10m in the next 5 years by expanding the current staff base of 30 plus contractors and developing current social housing partnering arrangements.
A proven track record in business development and partnership building within a leading contractor is essential.
