Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join a busy technical department within the social housing sector.
HNC qualification preferable but not essential however 2 years relevant experience is necessary.
The properties consist of leasehold and rented student accommodation as well as general needs properties.
You will visit properties and carry out pre-inspections of works for routine maintenance and voids, prepare specifications of work ensuring optimal use of Schedule of Rates. You will monitor the progress of allocated works and contracts ensuring that response time targets are met and that work is of acceptable quality.
