Job Description
This Leading Housing Association based in Central London, is actively looking for a Director of Asset Management to lead and direct the group procurement of repair services.
The HA has over 20,000 properties in the group and the contract value is over £40 million per year within London, Essex and South East. The repairs are either planned, cyclical repair or maintenance with over 80% of the repairs being called in from the tenants of the HA.
You will report to the Group Chief Executive and you will manage the procurement of the day to day and major repairs programme. You possess have excellent man-management skills as you will be leading a team of 44 people indirectly and 2 direct management reports. Have superb customer service skills.
