SITE ENGINEER. New project involving demolition and land remediation, drainage and earthworks, infrastructure and landscaping, so an understanding of the technical aspects of these processes will be required.

Working closely with the Site Foreman you will be involved in setting out for the directly employed workforce, resolving and sourcing information discrepancies, providing clear and understandable setting out details for the traditional ground-works, drainage and ground-beams.

We are looking for a candidate with a broad engineering background who is capable of organising the setting out on site from day one.

You will need good communication skills, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various people involved with this work, familiarity with current setting out equipment is an obvious necessity. Whilst a formal Civil Engineering or Land Surveying background and training would be preferred, if you are capable that takes priority.

This is a 4 - 6 month project and the contractor is seeking a committed candidate for the role. A 5 or 5.5 day week will operate. Ideally CSCS certified. Excellent rewards for the right candidate. Only those permitted to live and work legally in the UK will be considered.
