Another exciting role for a Dutch qualified lawyer with solid experience, this time in the energy sector!

We seek candidates who have top academics and can show that they have worked with a well reputed energy specific team, whether that is in-house or private practice. We ideally seek candidates who have been exposed to transactional corporate work, within the sector, to include M & A experience.

One of our clients key strengths is within the emerging and transition markets and you can expect to have a managing and directional say, within this team, as well as a transactional portfolio to maintain. Our client has a reputation for providing proactive and innovative solutions and for pulling off deals with others would find impossible.

Whilst you will be working independently and driving the business forwards from your base at the Amsterdam office, teamed by 9 other specialist lawyers, you will also liaise closely with the energy and natural resources team firm wide, which amounts to over 50 specialists overall.

This is an exciting opportunity to ramp up an already well regarded and acclaimed unit, gaining hands on exposure to some of the best work around. This will suit the ambitious, the skilled seeking a change of environment and culture and the creative, with great client and organisational talents. Salary is expressed in GBP; with benefits on top.
