Our client is one of the worlds leading Financial Service companies. Based in the City of London their business consists of an Investment Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management division. They have a presence in over 45 countries and employee in excess of 40,000 people worldwide. They have an enviable reputation in the financial markets and have enjoyed a period of strong growth over the last decade.

They are currently looking an internal resource / recruitment specialists to work within their temporary recruitment department. Working in partnership with other members of their talent acquisition team you will be responsible for recruiting Financial Service specialists into key areas of their business.

You will be required to show an understanding of the Financial Services and Investment Banking market and demonstrate a successful track record of sourcing and securing candidates (Derivatives, FS, Settlements, Equities, Fixed Income etc).

This role is suited to individuals who have gained a good foundation working in one of the recruitment markets leading agencies and are now looking to move their career into an internal environment. The remuneration package has been designed to reward performers and offers a very competitive OTE.

Basic Salary £35,000

Obtainable first year OTE - £45,000
