Job Description
A unitary and progressive authority who are currently looking to expand their team with a development control officer.
RTPI Qualified Planning Officer required to take over own case load of planning applications. There will be a lot of public consultation involved in this role.
A minimum of 2 years experience in this field is essential alongside the RTPI qualification. Excellent communication skills are essential due to extent of public consultation.
