Overview of company:

Our client are a market leading multinational media organisation headquartered in West London. Their continued success is based upon heavily reinvesting in new and innovative technology.
They are currently planning a new and exciting project requiring them to secure around 100 IT professionals, the core of these being web developers. They are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to manage this project from cradle to grave. The role involves defining the hiring requirements with senior steak holders and line managers within the business, producing the SLA's for third party agencies to comply to, managing these agencies and carrying out initial candidate interviews.

Job:
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's business areas, their deliverables and needs.
• Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions.
• Manage all day to day aspects of the provision of contract and permanent recruitment activities.
• Ensure adherence to processes and best practice principles of all those involved in the recruitment / resourcing cycle.
• Development of job specifications with hiring managers all the way through to offer management and closure
• Ensure legal requirements are met in terms of contracts and work visas.

Skills required:

You must have a background in Contract or Permanent IT Recruitment, preferably with experience of working within an internal resourcing function. It is essential you have a strong knowledge of the IT market

You need a proven track record of maintaining and developing senior level relationships within your client base and be able to show examples where you have utilised your experience to secure key, hard to source candidates.
Salary £35k - £40k fixed term contract or circa £250 per day (to be confirmed depending on preference of applicant)
