Job Description
This leading Property Developer is one of leading and largest private owners of residential property in the UK. They are actively looking for a Managing Surveyor for their team based in Peterborough. They have sold over 900 properties this year from their portfolio of 57,000 homes, across the whole country with an annual turnover of more than £275 million.
It is essential that you have experience of major repairs, an excellent knowledge of refurbishment of unit housing and knowledge of new builds. Have good knowledge of build costs and standard forms of contracts. Have experience to oversee projects on sites over a wide geographical area.
The ideal candidate must also have good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work under pressure. The position comes with a unrivalled benefits package for the successful applicant.
