Job Description
This large unitary authority are based within in a diverse and vibrant community and have a very proactive out look on local government services offered to their customers.
This role is a specialised and focused role dealing purely with the installation and repair of aids and adaptations equipment within their properties. You will be responsible for the management of the programmes and budget, management of contractors and be dealing with occupied dwellings.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified building surveyor with previous experience of dealing with aids and adaptations within occupied dwellings. A proven track record of managing programmes to time and budget and supervising contractors would be desirable.
