Job Description
Our client, a well respected National PQS, is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
You will be responsible for the full commercial function on a multi £million project, based in the city. from site set-up, through to completion. The majority of the pre-contract work has already been undertaken and completed.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years post qualification and should have the ability and experience in working both independently and in a team structure on all aspects of the quantity surveying service. The Surveyor needs to be highly motivated, professional and able to show previous experience of working with large organisations. This post will suit Intermediate level Quantity Surveyors looking for a more hands-on role with a PQS.
This is a freelance contract opportunity, which would lead to a long-term or permanent position. The project is now in week 4 of a 2yr fixed-term contract.
