Job Description
These leading Cost Consultancy are actively looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will play an important role in the delivery of retail, health and residential projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
You will be working as part of a team, or on an individual basis, the Quantity Surveyor will be expected to have the ability to take responsibility for the total cost management of projects.
Responsibilities:
·Full cost planning of projects
·Produce tender documentation
·To aid overseeing the commercial management of projects.
·To plan and control projects through to completion.
·Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership.
·To liase with others to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service.
·To ensure that senior management have quality information on the progress of each project on a regular basis
