Our Client are a well established and respected brand. This role offers the flexibility to consider either relevant agency recruiters looking to move onsite, or an experienced internal recruiter keen for the next step in their career.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
To provide essential support in the delivery of the recruitment process
Own and manage all external and internal recruitment (including 3rd party agencies)
Develop and maintain key client contacts both internally and externally and strengthen existing relationships
Contribute to the development of cross company recruitment initiatives
Attend appropriate client meetings to gain knowledge with regard to sales pipelines, requirements and business strategy
Develop knowledge of the marketplace and competitors to maintain an effective recruitment and selection process. Use this knowledge to recommend and assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness in hiring
Conduct competency based interviews and make recommendations on selection
Manage the offer process for potential joiners including salary queries, negotiating start date, induction etc
Demonstrate an understanding of candidate sourcing methods e.g. contingency, search, advertising, job boards, websites etc
Brief all relevant suppliers on current requirements and update on a regular basis with information on new policies, procedures
Take part in a central projects, either as a project manager or with responsibility for co-ordinating the recruitment team effort to ensure that all deadlines, targets and team responsibilities are met
Routinely involved in problem solving e.g. analysis and interpreting data and challenge assumptions where required
Candidate skills required
Essential requirements:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent).
Strong and demonstrable background in full life cycle recruitment including
Ability to source hard to find' candidates
Managing the process
Managing relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Trained in competency based interviewing
The ability to manage your own workload
Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
Highly motivated by a career in Talent Acquisition
Desirable Skills and abilities:
Qualified to level A and B Psychometric testing
CIPD Qualified or equivalent
Life sciences degree
Qualified to design, develop and administer assessment centres
Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics, measure recruiting results and effect change
Experience sourcing in the pharmaceutical, medical, CRO or biotech industry desirable
Experience using CRM tools
