Senior Internal Recruitment Manager
Our client, a major broadcasting organisation currently has a requirement for a Senior Internal Recruitment Manager.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
Working within their HR department you will take responsibility for all recruitment within a specific area of their business managing a team of 8 recruiters plus support staff. This includes the identification of head count requirements, the development of job specifications with hiring managers all the way through to offer management and closure. You will be expected to manage the balance of direct, referred and agency submitted candidates.
This role offers a large degree of autonomy as you will be given the freedom to take ownership of your own area of the business. It is not a micro managed environment.
Candidate skills required
- Background of working in an internal recruitment environment within the IT / Technology market.
- Experience of managing resourcing strategy and external suppliers.
- Strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong customer facing skills combined with a track record of developing strong relationships with senior line mangers.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Understanding of online candidate management systems.
- Natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
£55 - 65 basic (Neg), 10% bonus, car allowance, great benefits package
