Job Description
This Practice demonstrates excellence in design and innovation across a number of sectors particularly commercial, hospitality, education and retail. As one of the leading names in UK architecture, it has grown into a large UK practice consistently setting the precedent in design, and now leading innovation in areas of sustainability and technology.
Currently they are looking for a Specification Writer to maintain such high standards throughout design and construction across the practice. You will act as a focus for specification writing expertise, coordinate the in-house training in specification writing, preparing and maintaining bespoke guidance notes within NBS Building software.
The right candidate will have expert knowledge of NBS Building software and of the JCT guide to the preparation of performance specifications.
