Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the London office of a leading firm of real estate advisors as a Senior Associate in the architecture team.

The role is evenly split between winning business and leading a team through project delivery. You will be in daily contact with key clients, as well as bringing on board and developing new accounts in the commercial sector. You will be managing and mentoring junior team members and coordinating work across the architecture team.

Managing and liaising with external consultants is also a key function of the role, in order to provide a comprehensive service.

You will have a strong track record of winning business and delivering major projects in the commercial sector. You will have successfully managed project teams through stages A-G. Up to date knowledge of legislation relating to property and construction, demonstrable technical competence, project management techniques are also required. Whilst ARB registration would be advantageous, it is not essential.

You will be joining the Building Consultancy arm of one of the UK’s most successful real estate advisors with a strong global presence and a broad portfolio. This team is a key area of focus for growth over the coming 24 months.
