Job Description

....With a £1.5billiion shopping centre and new tube station already planned, this one of the authorities key regeneration initiatives, and promises to create thousands of jobs and transform the Local area.

The work involves assisting with the many planning applications that are due to be submitted over the next two years, which will also require attending meetings with the developers and carrying out site inspections when required.

To be considered for this role, you will need to posses 2 –3 years UK experience ideally in a Development Control. Retail experience would also be beneficial.

Due to the long-term nature of the project, this post has funding up until July 2009, though it can be offered on an initial 3month basis and then transfer to an ongoing contract.

Highly competitive hourly rate is on offer for the succuessful candidate.
