A Midlands Council is looking to appoint numerous agency staff to work as Development Control Officers within the Planning Management team. This would suit candidates with experience of development control activities, including planning application processing, advising on enforcement issues and providing pre application advice. This position would aid someone looking to further their planning experience having already obtained experience from overseas or the UK. The role offers a wide scope of opportunities.
