...A South London Authority, only 20mintes from Central London, urgently requires an experienced Development Control Officer for an initial 3month contract, which is likely to become ongoing.

The main focus on the post will be the assessment, negotiation, and determination of a range of minor to medium complexity applications, attending site, pre-application meetings, and providing planning advice to public members. There is scope for the complexity of work to progress further into the contract.

This is a great opportunity for a recently arrived Development Control Planner seeking their first London role, or a junior planner looking for the next move.
