Job Description
An Buckinghamshire council urgently needs to appoint a Senior Planner to the development control section.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Town Planner to join the one of the Development Control Teams to help meet the challenges they are facing.
Working with specialist colleagues you will be responsible for providing advice on planning proposals, determining planning applications, and the preparation of appeal evidence and also help promote and implement improvements to service delivery.
You will deputise for the Team Leader, give guidance to other team members and undertake some supervisory duties for less experienced staff.
In this senior role you will be expected to be a qualified planner with development control experience in the UK.
