Job Description

Project Engineer required by Network Rail within the Trent Valley Four Tracking (TV4T) Project.

Main responsibilities include:

· To ensure that appropriate standards are use in relation to design and construction on all contracts within the project;

· To ensure that TV4T complies with legislation, Network Rail standards and West Coast Route Modernisation Project Integration Management System and Territory requirements;

· To ensure that suitably and experienced staff are appointed to control the design and construction engineering aspects.

You will have an experience of major, multi discipline Railway Project Works and in the application of traditional type (Fixed Price) Contracts as well as knowledge of Quality Assurance. Membership of relevant Professional Institutions and 10 years' experience in engineering disciplines, with involvement in design and construction projects are also essential.
