Large UK consultancy has an exceptional opportunity for ambitious and talented Structural CAD Technician to work on high-profile UK projects.

Significant increase in workload will provide the opportunity for unique experience and advancement within this company.

Requirements
-HNC or equivalent
-Carry out a wide range of tasks in support of the technical staff and will be capable of undertaking CAD duties unsupervised.
-Capable of preparing RC details for most structures.
-May provide support to project staff in general office duties including filing, control of incoming/outgoing documents, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents.
-Prepare CAD drawings and assists with some general CAD office duties.
-Work independently on any project type.
-Produce all the information required in any type of structure
-Prepare all RC details as required.
-Provide guidance to less experienced CAD Technicians.

Responsibilities
-Managing multiple structural projects or parts of larger projects to completion within budget.
-Liaise effectively with other professionals (architects, services engineers etc.) in delivering designs to satisfy the agreed brief
-Supervise and direct the work of Junior Technicians
-Effectively manage own time across multiple projects
