We are currently recruiting for the organisation responsible for the operation and maintenance franchise for a highly successful light rail scheme in London. Due to the Rail schemes expansion on the back of Olympic work, and the extension of the company's franchise they are now looking to grow the business in key areas.

They are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer (Projects) to be based in their offices in London. You would report to the General Manager of Infrastructure, and have a number of direct/ in direct reports reporting to you (Project Engineers). The purpose of the role will be to provide engineering direction and support to the maintenance and projects departments in relation to the railway assets and systems associated with the engineering Discipline, to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation, maintenance and development of the railway.

The ideal candidate will be educated to graduate level and a member of a relevant engineering institution. Incorporated Engineer and working towards Chartership with relevant railway engineering experience.
