This role is based onsite with one of their long standing clients. You will be working with senior stakeholders to deliver a high profile project. There is also the potential for this role to go permanent.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
Your role will be to work on a high profile project to deliver 40 senior technology candidates into the UK division of a large telecoms organisation.
β’ Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost effective results
β’ Maintain agreed service levels to the client
β’ Drive the client to a more comprehensive resource solution
β’ Ability to provide client with various innovative resourcing options to meet their needs and reduce dependency on third party suppliers
β’ Ensure all vacancy requests are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation and sourcing channels and processes
β’ Produce timely and accurate reporting of activity within their respective business area
β’ Collate, maintain and assess management information
β’ Add value to their business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge
β’ Manage, motivate and monitor supplier relationships
β’ Involvement in any relevant client presentations / evaluation meetings
β’ Ability to resolve complex and difficult client issues
Candidate skills required
Essential:
β’ Strong experience in IT recruitment
β’ Proven track record in delivering effective recruitment solutions
β’ Face to face interviewing experience
β’ Experienced at producing business orientated management information
β’ Experience of designing and implementing resourcing solutions to a client
β’ Working to demanding targets and ratios
β’ Strong product knowledge
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
β’ Strong sales and negotiation skills
β’ Full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to deliver within it
β’ Project planning or campaign management experience
β’ Experience of managing large scale projects
β’ Skills in business development
β’ Ability to work to tight SLAs
Desirable:
β’ Language skills
Previous on-site experience
β’ Experience of business process review and re-engineering
β’ Experience of both agency recruitment and end user recruitment
β’ Skills in running open days or selection centres
β’ Ability to conduct competency based interviews
Salary Β£40k-Β£45k basic (pro rata) + bonus
