Job Description
The world’s leading retail developers is seeking a Design Manager to play a vital role in the development of one of the UK’s leading retail destinations. This development will offer a dynamic mix of over 200 international brands and specialist retailers. It will also accommodate cinemas, restaurants, cafes and bars, and leisure facilities from around the world.
The right candidate will be a qualified Architect preferably from a developer background. Your key role will be to act as an interface between the design and construction process, liasing with all groups concerned to achieve high standards throughout the development.
This is very much the role for the right persona, one who can lead, delegate, and communicate with people at all levels and in all stages of the construction process.
