Job Description
Sous Chef (Brasserie) required for a 5* Country House Hotel with an award winning Restaurant located in Hertfordshire. Salary £21k -£22k per annum. Live in available Must have previous experience, ideally 5*, and a minimum of 2-3 yrs. The successful Candidate must have leadership Skills, and be able to work in all sections of the kitchen.
You must also be able to legally work in the UK or have a valid Visa
