Sous Chef required for a 5* Independent Hotel located in Perthshire. Salary £18k -£20k per annum. Live in Possible. Must have previous experience as a Sous Chef, ideally someone with 5*, and a minimum of two yrs. Good English is essential. You must also be able to legally work in the UK or have a valid Visa
