Junior Sous Chef Partie required for a 5* Country House Hotel with an award winning restaurant located in Hertfordshire. Salary £18k- £21k per annum. Live in available.
Must have exceptional 5* experience, with strong leadership skills. Excellent English is essential. You must also be able to legally work in the UK or have a valid Visa.
