Job Description
Our client, a major broadcasting organisation currently has a requirement for Talent Attraction Manager to work in partnership with their internal recruitment function. This role will involve working within their HR department to design, implement and manage their Talent Attraction capability.
It will involve developing and coaching members of their Talent Acquisition team to ensure they have all the tools required to build comprehensive talent pools from the grass route level (graduates) through to senior hires.
Also it involves managing a team of three who are responsible for:
1) Designing and delivering the marketing collateral required
2) Developing channels to market (job board / 3rd party agency management)
3) Streamlining their Graduate recruitment process.
We believe an individual who has come from a resourcing / search background (market mapping skills etc) who has also had exposure to the graduate recruitment market could be ideally suited to this role.
Another key to being successful in securing this role will be your ability to demonstrate a strong track record in people management. You need to show you have the ability to mentor and develop high calibre recruitment individuals / teams. You will also need to demonstrate strong change management skills as it initially involves the introduction of the Talent Management piece to the teams current remit.
This role offers a large degree of autonomy as you will be given the freedom to take ownership of your own area of the business.
Candidate skills required
- Background of working in an internal recruitment environment within the IT / Technology market.
- Experience of managing resourcing strategy and external suppliers.
- Strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to influence and develop true ‘partnership' relationships with managers quickly and effectively
- Relevant experience of working for an organisation that has had a pro-active Talent Attraction approach
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Understanding of online candidate management systems.
- Natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
£55 - 65 basic (Neg), 20% bonus, car allowance, great benefits package
