Job Description
Working from the Mayfair office of this leading firm of commercial property consultants as a CAD Analyst this position represents a great opportunity to develop your career.
Using the latest AutoCAD, involves working on a variety of projects from feasibility stages to detailed design. The successful candidate will be expected to learn the firm’s bespoke daylighting software, dealing with rights of lights and daylight/sunlight planning issues. You will have strong AutoCAD experience as well as being conversant with three dimensional modelling techniques. A minimum of a National Certificate in Building Studies or similar is expected and the ability to demonstrate high quality drawing/written work, good design skills and technical knowledge.
