The contract post on offer is for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to be responsible for a range of duties, including investigating complaints and alleged breaches of planning control, negotiating outcomes, issuing statutory notices, and assisting in prosecution if required.

Initially a 3month contract post, this post is likely to be further extended for the right candidate.

Experience in either Planning Enforcement or Development Control is required to be considered for this post.The client will be reviewing CV’s next week, so be sure to get in touch soon to avoid disappointment.
