Job Description
Architect required, to Work directly with the Project Director to develop, manage and control the design and construction of mixed use projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills and ability to work directly with the client, contractor and Design Team. The ability to manage resources and people effectively and efficiently is of great importance. Knowledge of various forms of building contract (B&B, CM, Traditional) is required, as is a working knowledge of CAD systems, ideally MicroGDS although training will be provided and knowledge of building systems, regulations and Construction types.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the design process and the ability to manage / deliver this from concept through to completion. Willingness to work as a team player is essential along with flexibility and openness of approach. You will have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and a clear thinker.
