Job Description
Located a 50-minute train ride south of Central London, a local Authority is in need of an Enforcement Planner who wants to further their experience with a 3-month contract.
The contract post on offer is for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to be responsible for a range of duties, including investigating complaints and alleged breaches of planning control, negotiating outcomes, issuing statutory notices, and assisting in prosecution if required.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 3 months experience with the UK town planning system, have a driver’s license and access to a car. This post will pay anywhere between £17 - £21 ph Ltd depending on the candidates experience and skills.
This Authority is keen to fill this position as fast as possible and is going to start conducting interviews in the near future. Interested candidates are advised to apply ASAP.
