Job Description
A growing and dynamic Main Contractor with impressive year on year growth is currently recruiting a Design Co-ordinator to be based in their prestigious London Offices.
The organisation has a turnover of £150 million and has a bright future ahead with a very healthy order book. The sectors that are specialised in include, education, healthcare, heritage, housing, commercial and leisure with projects ranging in value from £3.5 million to £50million.
The successful Design Co-ordinator will be reporting to a Design Manager and working alongside Project and Site Teams. The Design Co-ordinator will have a proven understanding of design documentation and its relationship to cost and build ability and will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in successful project design management.
