Demi Chef de Partie - £14,500 +Tips – Northamptonshire- 5* Hotel – 3AA Restaurant – Live in - Immediate start!!!

Our 5* star Hotel and 3AA Rosette Restaurant is surrounded by 2,000 acres of rolling parkland, and located in Northamptonshire.

Our Head Chef has successfully created an outstanding repertoire of signature dishes that illustrate his straightforward philosophy, much inspired by his northern roots. Using ingredients that are sometimes local, sometimes wild but always of the highest quality, he treats classic combinations with simplicity that belie great technical skill.

Currently an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel & Restaurant for an experienced and reliable Demi Chef de Partie.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high quality kitchen is essential
- Reliable and consistent past experience as a Chef
