Commis Chef - Β£13,500 β live in β Hertfordshire β Imm. start !!!
We are a fine dining restaurant located in Hertfordshire within a beautiful 4* Hotel with 129 bedrooms.
We have a Brasserie with 100 seats and we will open by the middle of March a new Fine Dining Restaurant serving Modern British cuisine with European influence, we also have a successful Conference & Banqueting department which serves up to 350 Covers.
Currently we are looking for a Commis Chef
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 β 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience in a similar position as a Commis Chef or just qualified from the Chefβs school
