Demi Chef De Partie - £15,000 Hertfordshire – Imm. start !!!

We are a fine dining restaurant located in Hertfordshire within a beautiful 4* Hotel with 129 bedrooms.

We have a Brasserie with 100 seats and we will open by the middle of March a new Fine Dining Restaurant serving Modern British cuisine with European influence, we also have a successful Conference & Banqueting department which serves up to 350 Covers.

Currently we are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience in a similar position as a Demi Chef De Partie or just qualified from the Chef’s school
