Snr Sous Chef - Upmarket Brasserie β(West London) - Β£28,000 per year, Excellent working hours
We are a Modern Brasserie located in the lovely area of Cheswick in the West of London. Our Brasserie offers great live music every night, and we receive massive media coverage from the Press.
Due to low staff turnover, this position does not arise often, but seeing that business is increasing, we are looking for a Snr Sous Chef to join our Chefβs Team.
You will be working in a big open plan kitchen, which has recently been refurbished with the latest kitchen equipment. You will be working with 17/20 chefs and 7 shifts per week with 2 days off.
The ideal candidate will be qualified and will have at least 2 years experience as a strong Senior Chef de Partie in a similar yet busy environment or you will be a Sous Chef who is ready to take on a new challenge.
