Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within an inspirational Local Authority. They are one of the fastest growing regions and most attractive places to stay. Within easy reach of all Scotland’s major cities, they have an abundance of historical attractions and natural resources.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of projects whilst working within the Development Promotion and Design Team. There are currently a number sand and gravel applications and another one soon to be submitted also there is an extension to a hard rock quarry to process. These will require committee reports and someone with previous experience working within minerals and waste. The applicant would also be able to deal with some of the other larger applications on the go. This is initially a three month contract with a view to extension; there will also be the option to work from home.
