Established at the beginning of 2000 Potensis LTD have quickly become known as market leaders in Construction and Property recruitment. With offices in Bristol and London and plans to expand further in the near future this is an exciting time for the company. We have achieved organic growth year-on-year and as our client base continues to grow we are looking for sales-orientated individuals to join our team and play a vital part in our success.

Based in our new offices in London you will embark on a fantastic training scheme under the guidance of experienced managers. From day one, we focus on grooming new recruits for a career in a highly competitive market. You will learn all you need to be a high achiever, including information about your market, how to attract quality candidates and how to ultimately expand your client base. We will constantly assess your progress in order to tailor your training to your specific needs.
