Potensis work with the biggest names in the UK supplying three key areas - Temps, Executive Search and Contingency.

We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team. Working as a delivery consultant you will be liaising with our clients to look after our retained business.

You will need to be confident conducting business meetings as you will be in our clients’ offices delivering shortlists of candidates and giving them advice.

You will be dealing with senior level clients and will therefore need to be able to demonstrate your communication skills both verbally and written.

Although this role is still recruitment based it is with a bigger focus on managing the client and delivering the service to them rather than hitting the sales targets.

If you have 1 to 2 years recruitment experience in any field then we would like to hear from you. You can expect to earn £30 - £35k OTE.
