...The Policy Planning Department are in the midst of developing their Core Strategy and require assistance with gathering and reviewing the evidence base. This will include involvement on a number of projects including Housing Land Availability Assessment, PPG17 (Open Space & Recreation) Audit, and Employment needs assessment. The role is likely to develop and you could find yourself involved in a range of tasks related to the progression of to the Borough’s Local Development Framework.

Strong research and analytical skills are required, and the successful candidate will posses some UK experience in a Planning Department.

Possession of a valid drivers License is also essential as some of the work will be site based.
